Work has two lives: the private draft and the shared document. Today we are giving each a clear home—Your Content for what is yours, Spaces for what belongs to a team—sitting one click apart in the sidebar.
Your Content, your library
Your Content is a unified personal library across types: text documents, image canvases, spatial brainstorms, and agent-built designs, each with its own icon so you can scan fast. Text opens in a rich editor that autosaves as you type. You do not have to start from scratch either—import Word, PDF, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, or a public web page, and each becomes a native, editable document.
Spaces, for the team
A Space is a shared home for a team, project, or department—with its own members, roles, and a curated home page. Spaces can be org-visible or private, and the built-in Organization space gives everyone a place for company-wide material. When the assistant searches, it surfaces Space documents the asker is allowed to see—move a document in or out and its searchability follows the new audience automatically.
When a personal draft graduates to team material, move it into a Space and access follows. Shared context, without shared everything. See Workspace.
