This is a focused, time-boxed sprint. You bring Opisense to new customers on an outcome-only agreement: we pay from real customer income, not promises—10% of what they pay us lands with you each month for up to twelve months per deal. More importantly, you are on the front line: the conversations you start and the deals you close shape what works in the market and how we grow. We run the programme with structure, support, and a clear path – at the end, the strongest performers move into a deeper, long-term collaboration with us.

The opportunity

We are opening fifteen partner roles for people who want to sell Opisense and share in the results. This is not “supporting sales” – you are the front line turning interest into signed customers and real momentum. You own your pipeline, you drive the process, and when you have a live opportunity we back you up to help you close.

The engagement runs for two months by design: long enough to build pipeline and close deals, short enough to keep energy high and outcomes clear. If you are self-driven, like owning your pipeline, and prefer a transparent, performance-based deal over a traditional job, this role is built for you.

What we care about

We do not care where you are from or where you spend your days. We care that you thrive and that you can convert potential into closed deals. Geography and location are irrelevant; results and integrity are not.

The programme

At the end of each month we hold a marathon: the whole group comes together – in person or on the big screen – for a competition built around scoreboards, food, and games.

Those marathons are where the race becomes visible. Your ranking is driven by customers signed and value created. Strong performers are rewarded on top of their revenue share. We want the finish of each month to feel like an event – visible, fair, and worth showing up for.

If you cannot be there physically, you join remotely and appear on the big screen so everyone can participate and follow the action. No one is left out of the race.

How you earn

Your earnings follow income we actually receive from the customers you bring in—same simple rule for B2B and B2C:

  • Income to outcome: you earn 10% of every payment Opisense receives from your customer while the engagement runs. No base salary—only real revenue.
  • Paid monthly, in sync: when the customer pays us each month, your share is calculated and paid out on that rhythm—aligned with cash flow, not spreadsheets.
  • Earnings per payment (first 12 months): you earn 10% on each payment Opisense receives from every customer you introduce—for the first twelve months from deal start. There is no limit on how many customers you can stack—the upside scales with logos and retention.
Competition and rewards

The marathons are where individual performance meets team spirit. We combine both so that effort is recognised and shared wins are rewarded:

  • Individual performance: your results are tracked by customers closed and revenue generated, and reflected on the scoreboard at each marathon.
  • Team split bonus: when the group hits shared targets at the marathon, we pay an extra bonus split between active contributors – so the cohort benefits when the cohort performs, while you still keep your 10% revenue share from what you close.
  • Path for the top three: after the two months, the three strongest performers receive an offer of extended partnership and a possible permanent role with Opisense.
How we work with you

When you have a hot lead or a live opportunity, we want you to loop us in. The deal stays on your name and in your pocket even when we help you close it – we are here to support, not to take the sale. You own the relationship and your revenue share.

We train you and make sure you know our system inside out so you can sell with confidence. You use our platform to find, prioritise, scale and support your pipeline and customer outreach. The goal is to give you the tools and backup to perform, not to leave you on your own.

What you do

In practice, you will:

  • Find and qualify prospects who fit Opisense.
  • Reach out through the channels you prefer: email, phone, network, events, social.
  • Present Opisense and adapt the story to each customer.
  • Work with our team on proposals, demos and closing when you choose to involve us.
  • Share what works and what doesn’t so we keep improving together.
Who we look for

We look for partners who can own the role and the results:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
  • Comfort with income-linked, outcome-only pay and motivation driven by results.
  • A mix of competitive drive and teamwork – you want to win and you like seeing others win too.
  • Clear communication, reliability, and the ability to represent Opisense professionally.
Principles
We expect professional conduct, respect for rules and regulations, and that the situation is not exploited. If a customer leaves within six months because of false information, misrepresentation or similar, the sales partner is required to compensate both the customer and Opisense. We take this seriously and so should you.
