Automation — how it works

Interactive demos for triggers, workflows (beta), and scheduled tasks.

  1. 01

    Define the work

Tasks: describe output. Workflows: pick a trigger and lay out nodes.

  2. 02

    Schedule or wire

Set cadence for Tasks or connect agents, tools, and approvals in a draft.

  3. 03

    Monitor and trust

Tasks run on schedule; workflows publish with logs, retries, and approval gates.

When steps need to chain together

Tasks excel at recurring output on a schedule. Workflows add a visual canvas for triggers, agents, tools, and approval gates: publish through draft → publish with run logs and retries.

  • Lay out nodes on a canvas when one trigger should fan out into several actions.
  • Wire agents and connected tools in sequence, or pause for human approval before the next step.
  • Monitor runs, inspect logs, and retry failed nodes without rebuilding from scratch.
