Workspace
Opical
Your schedule in one place—meetings, milestones, and what is due next—without switching apps or losing context when the day shifts.
Create events from an empty slot or the + New event flow, switch views to match how you plan, and keep the calendar tied to the rest of your workspace.
What lives on the calendar
Events you can see and manage
Opical brings scheduled work into a single timeline—meetings, one-off events, and items with due dates—so the week reads clearly at a glance.
- Semi-auto
Meetings
Video calls, stand-ups, and team syncs with attendees, recurrence, and reminders—visible alongside the rest of your week.
- Manual
Events
One-time and recurring entries—milestones, deadlines, and reminders—you create, edit, or delete from Day, Week, or Month view.
- Automatic
Scheduled items
Tasks and other dated work surface on the calendar automatically, so deliverables sit next to the meetings that drive them.
Live preview
Drop an event in. Opinote shows up too.
Click an empty slot, fill in the details, and the calendar saves a meeting with Opinote already on the invite — ready to capture notes the moment the call starts.

Managing events
Create, edit, delete — without breaking anyone’s flow
Every change Opical makes is reflected across the people, projects, and recurrences it touches — so updates do not turn into yet another email thread.
Create
Two ways to add an event — pick the one that matches the moment.
- Click an empty slot in Day or Week — the time is pre-filled and ready.
- Use + New event for full detail: title, time, attendees, recurrence, reminders.
- Add Opinote as an attendee to capture the call automatically.
Edit
Change the time, attendees, or description from the event details panel.
- Update one occurrence or the entire series — Opical asks before editing recurring events.
- Attendees are notified automatically when shared events change.
- Edits are versioned, so the audit trail stays intact.
Delete
Remove what you no longer need — with a confirmation step before anything goes.
- Pick a single occurrence or the full series for recurring events.
- Cancellations notify everyone on the invite in the same beat.
- Deleted events stay in your audit log according to your retention policy.
Recurring updates ask before they spread
Editing a recurring event prompts you to choose: just this occurrence, or the full series. Either way, Opical updates Opinote, attendees, and any linked tasks in one move.
Attendees stay in the loop
Changes to shared events notify everyone on the invite automatically — no manual heads-up message required.
Real-time sync
When something changes, everyone sees it
When events move or new invites land, your calendar view stays current—so reschedules and updates do not turn into a separate coordination thread.
- Create, edit, and delete events from the details panel or an empty slot.
- Recurring events prompt you to update one occurrence or the full series.
- Attendees on shared events are notified when details change.
